This is your key to everything online. You need it to access My Court Portal, look up your case, or call the automated line. It's usually labeled OC Pay # on your notice. If you lost your notice, look it up at occourts.org.
This is not your traffic school deadline โ it's the date you must either pay your fine, go to court, or request an extension. The 90-day traffic school clock starts when the court processes your payment, not this date.
If traffic school is pre-approved for your violation, you'll see a separate Traffic School Bail amount listed. This is the amount (bail + $54 admin fee) you pay to elect traffic school. If this amount isn't listed, you may need to request traffic school from the court.
Your specific violation is listed as a California Vehicle Code section (e.g., VC 22350 for basic speed law, VC 21453 for red light). This tells you what you're charged with and helps determine TVS eligibility.
If this happened, call the court at (657) 622-8459 immediately. Don't ignore it โ it only gets worse. The court does have options for hardship cases, but you have to reach out.
