  • You were not cited for speeding in excess of 100 mph

✗ You likely don't qualify if…

  • You were driving a commercial vehicle (CDL holders)
  • The ticket is for a misdemeanor, DUI, or reckless driving
  • The violation requires a mandatory court appearance
  • You used traffic school within the last 18 months
  • You have a Failure to Appear hold or civil assessment on your license
